Integrate a dumb distributed query engine based on comunica in SIB

As mentioned on #3, we should go forward on the integration of a first version of a distributed query engine based on comunica into the framework (in a specific branch) through the store modification.

Features:

• native support of both turtle and json-ld
• optional support of n3 patch
• usage of comunica caching mechanisms
• Native support of typeIndex and other indexes

• Comunica-querysparql
• Comunica-querysparql-link-traversal
