• [BREAKING CHANGE] seperated angular features from core library to angular-wml-components-base
  moving WMLComponentBaseZeroPropsMixin, WMLComponentBaseZeroProps, WMLComponentBaseZero,addCustomComponent, WMLNGXTranslateLoader,WMLTestUtils to the angular base library
  deleting WMLModuleForRootProps
• now all the features in WML Components Base can be used in any framework

WML Angular Components Base

• pulled features from seperated angular features from core library to angular-wml-components-base
  creating WMLAngularTestUtils,WMLAngularTestHttpHandler,WMLAngularModuleForRootProps,WMLAngularMotionUIProperty
  WMLAngularCustomComponent from their orginal respective part which exlude "Angular in their name"
