Add Animated Armor Stands

This feature is not related to a problem; it's building off of an existing mechanic that the plugin has.

Describe the solution you'd like.

We can already copy and save states for an armor stand - being able to save multiple states for a single armor stand and cycle through them (by powering the armor stand with redstone or just setting an animation toggle for the armor stand) would allow for player creativity through armor stand animation.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

No known alternatives that are also armor stand editor plugins as well
