Set default value of "Minimum posts to be mentionable" to 1 #18

For some reason, the default value of minimum posts is 0. This slows down the site cause a bunch of users that isn't needed is loaded for mentions.

For all users who are experiencing a huge slowdown, try to increase the number to 1, or even higher. This will help.
