Bump json5 and solidity-coverage

Removes [json5](https://github.com/json5/json5). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [solidity-coverage](https://github.com/sc-forks/solidity-coverage). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `json5`

Updates `solidity-coverage` from 0.3.5 to 0.8.5
