On November 4, 2024 from 14:00 UTC-November 5th at 00:00 UTC, there will be a brown out for actions using the macos-12 runner image to raise awareness for the upcoming deprecation. This will repeat weekly until the targeted deprecation date of December 3rd.

There are currently 3 GitHub Actions workflows that use MacOS, and two that use macos-12 images. These should be updated to use a newer MacOS image.
