Search Block: Add Popup Modal Search Window

Consider to add a popup search window with good css customization.

Hi @EldarAgalarov,

I believe we could add an option in the block controls to enable a basic popup for search functionality. It could also include multiple selection options for users in the inspector panel. However, I think we might need to review and refine some designs as well. I’m happy to work on a basic implementation to test this idea.
