If you click on a comment in the right sidebar, it brings you to a comment on a post. The header obscures the username.

Example: https://make.wordpress.org/updates/2024/09/23/test-team-update-23-september-2024/#comment-6834

I can't reproduce this, for me it looks right, maybe screen size specific?
