Merge related repo or delete them if obsolete/not needed

There are a couple of repos that are related to curation services:

• https://github.com/WormBase/wormbase-curation
• https://github.com/WormBase/caltech-curation

We should investigate whether we can merge these into the new repo or delete them if they are obsolete.

https://github.com/WormBase/caltech-curation only has 1 cgi I don't at all recall why I put that in its own repo. I don't think it's being used by anything and we can probably get rid of it (will get rid of it after tazendra gets moved to the new system)

https://github.com/WormBase/wormbase-curation has cgi forms from postgres and azurebrd (public_facing), also .ace dump scripts, and some "datatypes" that I think Karen generated (but not sure). The CGI stuff will be obsoleted by the new repo https://github.com/WormBase/caltech-curation-services Once we move the .ace dumpers in there, that should also get obsoleted. I don't know about those datatypes, maybe when we're further along we can talk to Karen.
