I'm bit confused with this class name. Is this class used for ingesting Live Stream to Wowza Streaming Engine or pushing transcoded streams to a target location like Akamai MSL, Wowza Cloud, Youtube, Facebook etc.

Reason for asking this is because Wowza server provides a functionality of Targeting Streams to CDN/Social Media under Stream Target feature in Live Application
