Implement full customizability of filters, and columns

Every Admin should, without changing code, be able to change

• Which columns are shown
• In which order columns are shown
• Which filters are shown
• In which order filters are shown
• Which sort order should be default for which columns
• Which components (filter, search field, sorting etc.)
• Create packages of the above settings and decide, which users or groups of users should see which package.
• A user should be able to customize their own view, if the admin allows it for the particular table
