The XOOPS community has more than dozen official support sites around the world for support of non-English speaking users.\r\n\r\n- Multi-byte Language Support\r\nFully supports multi-byte languages, including Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, etc.\r\n\r\n- Versatile Group Permissions System\r\nPowerful and user-friendly permissions system which enables administrators to set permissions by group.\r\n\r\n- Theme-based skinnable interface\r\nXOOPS is driven by a powerful theme system.
