I am experiencing significant issues with the Proton Wallet application(iOS), which are causing me inconvenience. First of all, the “Send” button used for coin transfers is inactive and not working. Additionally, when I try to back up my wallet using the “Backup Wallet” option, I encounter an error, making it impossible to back up my wallet.
This situation is very frustrating and causing me inconvenience. At the very least, I should be able to access my private key through the app using the “Backup Private Key” option. As it stands, my coins feel trapped within the Proton Wallet application, and I am unable to perform any transactions.
I strongly believe that a solution can be found for this issue. For instance, a feature to log in to WebAuth using Proton Wallet could be added, or the services for Proton Wallet could be reactivated. I am confident that a resolution can be achieved. I kindly request that you convey my issue to the relevant department and provide a prompt resolution to address my grievance.
