I am trying to train with different window sizes for ex. 12 instead of 16 (in finetune from ImageNet pretrain) but after everything is built, I get an error. I am editing the .yml configuration file at the network structure.
Is this happening because it is not matching the window size of the pertained network or should be changed from somewhere else?
