YPP Flag Shoppes 1.3

Puzzle Pirate's yoweb now protects itself against multiple access, forbidding access after few webpages but giving it back after a few seconds.
To overcome this, the program now retries downloading on HTTP failure, sleeping on increasing intervals before retrying until a maximum timeout interval is reached (5 minutes)

YPP Flag Shoppes 1.1

Two main improvements:

1)It is now possible to load any flag of any ocean. If pages of different oceans are provided, the final output will merge all the businesses without labelling to which ocean belongs each.

2)The output provided now is a sortable format on HTML, which improves the previous plain text file
