Duplicate confirmation prompt when deleting runtimes

Describe the bug
When attempting to delete a runtime, the Settings panel opens up and two confirmation prompts are triggered.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Xcodes
2. Click Installed Platforms
3. Click on the trash bin icon on the right side of a runtime

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

1. For a single confirmation prompt to show up

Actual behavior

1. Settings panel opens and second prompt is triggered

Additional notes
I was able to reproduce this on a stable release of macOS as well.
I'll see if I can find some time to find out what part of the codebase is the likely culprit (and create a PR if I do figure it out)
