I've been trying to build Bootgen tool on windows platform. The steps provided in README.md is not sufficient to build the source code.

Steps followed:

  1. Installed Win64 OpenSSL v1.1.1s
  2. Installed g++ compiler for windows
  3. Used the below command to compile in cygwin
    $ make "INCLUDE_USER=-I<installed_location>/openssl/include"
  4. Error log:
