Problems after deleting games outside of uLaunch

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deactivate uLaunch
2. Delete any game from qLaunch
3. Activate uLaunch
4. Now you have icon with title "???". Trying to run it results in black screen and OS not reacting.

Using uManager "Reset menu entries" helps deleting that, but imo this shouldn't either be shown or not be launchable at all to not hang OS.

Yeah this is something I didn't get to test properly, I only tested removing games in uLaunch without doing the actual removal in stock, this needs proper handling

This build should fix the issue, I tested by deleting a game with uLaunch disabled and the menu entry should also be deleted automatically re-enabling uLaunch
