How to adjust the installation for Cuda 11, Win 10, Python virtual environments? #60

The installation fails if one tries to install thundergbm with Cuda 11 on Win 10 (64 bit). Previous issues deal with adjustment for Cuda 11 on Linux, but not Windows. Could you please provide installation steps for Cuda 11, Win 10 and Python virtual environments?

Have you tried this instructions? You can build the wheel file from this link.
