When starting minimized, systray icon is not visible

OS: win7-64bit
RSSOwlnix version: like RSSOwlnix-2-9-0-beta

I have set RSO to start with Windows, via the Startup folder, and have had it such a way for a long time.

Now, when I start, I don't get the splash screen, nor the systray icon so I can maximize the windows, so I have to kill RSO via the task manager, and start it again, and then it works as intended.
