Empty Subjects Cause Loop

If someone tries to go back to the schools page while under an empty subject that has been redirected to the no-results page they get stuck in a loop that brings them back to the no-results page.

This is due to an improper use of the window history when handling a redirect.

Use the EPOW prefix to test the bug.
