리캡 생성 코드를 람다 함수로 변경했어요

➕ 추가/변경된 기능

  • recap-service : AWS Lambda환경에 맞는 리캡 생성 코드

  • 어제 자동 배포 설정까지 건드려보다가 너무 대공사가 될 것 같아 멈췄어요! 현재는 수동 빌드해서 올립니다 😇
