The model in Kimchi et al. 2020 is a good example of using biologically relevant parameters to find oscillations. The reduced model can be adapted to the network analysis already implemented for protein interaction networks. This would be a great addition to the library because it serves to study topology-function relationships with a model that can be eventually tested in the lab.
