Remapで書き込めない

keyball61をマニュアルに従いremapで書き込みしようとしましたが以下のエラーで書き込めません。

Reading the firmware binary from the server.
Reading the firmware binary done.
Device detected: Vendor ID:22871, Product ID:256
Error: Unsupported device: Vendor ID: 5957 Product ID: 100

Vendor IDおよびProduct IDが合致してないことが原因のようです。
対処方法わかる方いらっしゃいませんでしょうか？

Remapを表示して、USB接続後にリセットをしてから書き込んでみてください。
