PTZ controls will not work remotely

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login through ispyconnect.com to our ispy server with 4 Foscam FI8910Ws
2. Click on Watch, then select camera
3. Use controls and they do nothing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the camera to move, it is not

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.8.4.0 on Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
Good solid WAN connection pushing about 6 FPS.
