iSpy never opens - Slimdx.dll #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Everytime I open the program it loads the icon to system try, but never 
opens. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program should load - I see the icon load, but as soon as I hover over it in 
the system tray it dissapears completely


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.9.0.0 - Server 2008 R2


Please provide any additional information below.

The below appears in the evnt log consistantly when trying to open the program:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files 
(x86)\iSpy\iSpy\SlimDX.dll". Dependent Assembly 
Microsoft.VC90.CRT,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b"
,type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe 
for detailed diagnosis.

I have tried rebooting the server and reinstalling the program with the same 
problem still occuring.

System Specs:

HP Microserver N40L
8GB RAM
Compro IP500P

Hello could you try installing the slimdx .net 4 x86 download from here and try 
again?

http://slimdx.org/download_jan12.php


please let me know if that fixes it
