Setting to make icons always colored?

I would like to see a setting in this package to make the icons always colored and never greyed out. Is there any interest from the maintainers in making this happen or accepting a PR if I find the time to make this happen?

Looking into it I was able to hack my local version by modifying this line:

city-lights-icons-atom/styles/atom-file-icons.less

This is indeed something I'm working on. I did 1 attempt but didn't really managed to get it working. A PR would be nice, or you could wait a bit more. 😝
