Collabora deployed with broken rights on Nextcloud 25

I used the official Collabora and Nextcloud Office packages on the previous version 24, and it worked like a charme.
Since the version 25 update, it doesn't work, and the reason seems to be the way Collabora is unpacked in /tmp :

yes : no rights, no owner, no group, etc.
I removed both apps, reinstalled them, and same. It is the only file with this problem on my system.
