[issue] Issue with SORA-SVL Documentation: Red Pedestrian Type Unavailable in svl 2021.03

Describe the bug
There seems to be an issue with the current version of the documentation. When I was reading the SORA-SVL documentation, I found that the resource settings for "Red" under Available pedestrian types in Agents have been removed by the svl team in 2020. Now it's impossible to generate corresponding pedestrians using "Red". For more details, please refer to lgsvl/simulator@0d31ec3

Hi, sorry I am unfamiliar with this specific type. All I did was save information that was available from LGSVL.
