Inline MathJax not rendered correctly

When MathJax is used inline in a paragraph it does not get rendered correctly. You can see an example of this here http://neuralnetworksanddeeplearning.com/chap1.html

I wonder what's different about that page because others I've tried work great. I'll look into it when I get some time.

By the way, currently Just Read doesn't currently work with MathJax because Firefox doesn't allow external scripts. I am unaware of if adding the most recent version of MathJax to Just Read would be sufficient for all MathJax sites (my understanding is that it would not be). If someone wants to look into that we might could get MathJax support back in JR.
