Fixed some of the issues that were present in 1.0.3. This is just a beta build of 1.0.4 and need more people to test.
The issues that should be fixed:
Error 1001 when trying to connect to online.
Character was created on a different console when playing single player (I believe this was when loading a character) This could also happen online.
Fixed the skip FMV not being loaded.
