VPN.ac provider: root certificate has expired

The CA certificate of VPN.ac has expired, see news.

A (re)download of VPN profiles does not seem to replace the expired certificate at

...../addons/service.vpn.manager/VPN.ac/ca.cert

The new certificate is available from

https://vpn.ac/ovpn/

Or more precise

https://vpn.ac/ovpn/ca.crt

Manually replacing the ca.crt file on the file system makes the VPN work again.
