Publish latest Stacks Ledger app version

The latest version of the Stacks app one can get from Ledger Live is 0.23.3, which was released on Sep 19, 2022.

Why is that? What needs to be done in order to publish later versions?

The current Ledger Live version is missing many crucial features.

This is pending the organizational adoption of the Stacks app by the Stacks Foundation, with contributions from ecosystem members like Leather for its maintenance, enhancement and submission (since the Ledger review process costs money these days each time there is a submission to Ledger Live for publishing to users).

Hi @markmhendrickson, with the release of Stacks's latest version of 0.24.4 on Ledger can we term this issue as closed? Here is where you can find all the previous versions as well.
