Likely related to energy system rework on HBM's side.

Clean install logs with just Energy Control 0.3.5d and NTM: https://mclo.gs/hFj9GsF

Fixed in 135ac41. Version 1.7.10-0.3.5e. Check for version HBM-NTM-.1.0.27_X4977.jar and higher.
