Hi all,

I used Figaro to estimate optimal trimming parameters at the beginning of this year (not quite sure the exact date), however, when I tried to find the version of Figaro I used recently, I cannot find any information using python figaro.py -h.

I installed the Figaro (command line version) following the instructions in README.md as below:

conda create -n figaro python=3.6
conda activate figaro
git clone https://github.com/Zymo-Research/figaro.git
cd figaro
pip3 install -r requirements.txt

I think I might miss something, therefore, I am here wondering whether there is any way to find version information of Figaro.

Thanks!

Best regards,
Dot
