I'm having issues pulling the repo- it seems as though following the instructions results in several subdirectories not cloning correctly from their respective repositories, specifically 'miqScoreNGSReadCountPublic' and 'Figaro'. During the clone both display the below error.

[email protected]: Permission denied (publickey). fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Is this a current permissions issue with those repositories or folders?

Thank you! Looking forward to trying this tool.

Not sure if this applies to everyone, but the permission denied(publickey) error could be resolved by setting up your github SSH keys. One of our colleagues run into the same error, setting up the SSH keys solved it for him. Give it a try. https://docs.github.com/en/authentication/troubleshooting-ssh/error-permission-denied-publickey?platform=linux
