@jeggy Hmm it's a bit difficult to know what code is used / not used in projects consuming this library.

It's probably a good idea to decide on a public API and internalize everything else.

When Kotlin 1.4 get's released we should enable the Explicit API Compiler Mode. This should fix these issues and make sure nothing like this happens in the future.
