9+1 Q Questionnaire

Follows same, 0-1-2-3 metric

1-4 Minimal depression

5-9 Mild depression

10-14 Moderate depression

15-19 Moderately severe depression

20-27 Severe depression

Here, there are 9 questions that are scored upon, with an extra 1 question which gives a little more extra information, not relevant right now.
