Automated instance deletion, once preempted. #1

Once a instance is preempted, it has to be deleted with cloudman stop first and then have to start a new instance.

It'll be easier if it is deleted along with preemption. Should check on this.

It would be good to just include cloudman stop inside cloudman start command.
