[ChannelTabs] Issue: Checkboxes in settings do not update

Describe the bug
When clicking on settings options, the checkbox does not update, even though the setting does go through.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Quick Settings
2. Click on a settings option

Expected behavior
The checkbox updates when the option is clicked
Workaround: Click out of quick settings, and the checkbox will be updated the next time you open it.

• OS: Windows 11
• Plugin Version: 2.6.10
• Discord version:Stable
• Compact Mode enabled? No
