Duplicate Theme Toggle Button on Homepage

There are currently two theme toggle buttons present on the homepage, which is redundant and potentially confusing for users. This issue aims to remove one of the duplicate buttons to improve the user experience and maintain a clean, consistent UI.
Changes
Only one theme toggle button should be visible and functional on the homepage. The chosen button should be strategically placed for optimal user accessibility and visual appeal.
