another idea: have one folder per demo program?

eg ZEXCEL_S_ORG_REL is used only in demo 11, so it should(?) be grouped with that program?

getting there, not working yet, but https://abap2xlsx.github.io/abap2xlsx-web/ you see where I'm going with folders and the classes
