Add ability to read Proxy Pool credentials from file

I think setting password on the run arguments is very unsafe, as it's publicly displayed when listing processes on the system (with top, htop, ps, ...).

I think, at the very least, it should be able to read credentials from a file (can be supplied with an argument), so the user can at least restrict access to the file.
