Sorry I'm new to collaborating and stuff, But I think this can be a better option than emails. I don't understand why this is marked low priority.

Hey @me-nkr !
I agree with you, it would definitely be a better option than emails. Though currently, with the number of notifications we produce and users we have, the costs for sending Whatsapp messages is quite high and doesn't seem scalable. Until we are able to get a better deal (we are in the process to obtaining a verified Facebook account), we would like to give other features priority.
