It would be cool to see if Nodes from Note-Context were one color, and nodes in the graph from uploaded Document-Context were another color. Than you could see where your personal notes intertwine with the uploaded documents.

Additionally, it could be cool to see Chat-Nodes which are displayed in another color, to see where your conversational nodes fit into the graph. This could be another way to map ideas in an interesting and visual way.
