would be nice if the successful creation of a property could be made more obvious. (still in creation mode vs. now in the edit mode of the newly created property)

Hm, yeah, thats suboptimal. We could maybe redirect to the detail view of the property after creation

feat(generic): introduce success_url getters for create and update

This way they can be overridden by the inheriting object.
The create_success_url now points to the absolute_url of the instance.
