Add a read me?

If I am new to seeko, it is difficult for me to contribute to it. I think a read med file is necessary to explain different modules of seeko. Also, it will be very helpfull if you can explain your decisions concerning the overall architect of seeko.

that's a good idea, i have update the readme to the pure-java branch, since we will work on this branch for this project. and will switch this branch to the master later. please refer to the readme in that branch.
