According to my current experience, it seems that revChatGPT.V1 is more stable and robust than revChatGPT.V3. Any tips/comments for this behavior?

V1 is the unofficial API and V3 is the official API by OpenAI. This should not be the case unless OpenAI is just dumb

Yes. I always get my API key this way. It finally turns out that the V3 slow response problem is determined by the number of users in different time periods.

V2 was by @PawanOsman before he pulled support by limiting tokens to IP only and my IP got blocked by cloudflare.

No. And it is not recommended as the original author of the API has had some questionable behavior over the past week
