Error code 1020, seems the proxy has been down

I'm having this issue #923 again with my service, has anyone else had the same issue?

It fixed when @acheong08 removed a few firewall rules. Check #963

Your ISP may have been detected as abuse. Fixed unless your IP address range is used to abuse my service
