This chart which Robin has shown is great but there are two changes I think I'd make:

  1. Ordering by quality of travel plan, rather than alphabetically (also label them travel plan, not tp)
  2. Make all the charts be y axis % modeshare in places with that quality of travel plan: I don't think it helps me to know that there are many more at schools with good travel plans than with approved travel plans. In particular by having many fewer users of Outstanding TPs that chart becomes much harder to read by virtue of being smaller
